The basic thinking skills of Problem Solving, Decision Making, Issue Resolution Management, and Potential Problem Prevention are taught in a variety of workshops. The standard three-day workshop is the foundation for many of our projects. The workshops are built around client needs, time, and desired results. Working together, we develop the best alternative for you. If your need is just one or two processes, we can do that, too. Split sessions are also possible. All of our seminars are driven by your needs.

Facilitation Solutions

There are those issues that just seem to go unresolved to the point that we consider it the norm. Then one day, there is recognition that they need to be resolved and a fresh and experienced set of eyes would help. These are perfect examples that require Facilitation Solutions. These interventions are issue-driven more than projects and serve two goals. One is to help an organization get a handle on a complex concern/issue and “wrestle it to the ground”. The second is to assist in increasing their ability to use the ideas after training has occurred. We also train people to become “experts” (attain different colored belts in another sense) to be internal resources available to help organization-wide. All of our seminars are driven by your needs.

Training with Implementation Solutions

This approach is more of a project approach to improve performance with a specific set of training objectives coupled with systems development, integration help, or more in-depth skill building. It might be a project to “improve Root Cause Analysis” in a company or improve how critical issue data is transferred from shift to shift or day to day, maintaining focus on the key issues consistently.
